For Microsoft Digital Transformation Academy FY18, I served as the Art Director, collaborating closely with the Creative Director to develop a cohesive visual direction and overarching concept for the event. I played a key role in shaping the creative strategy across multiple media—including motion graphics, print materials, product branding, and event design—ensuring consistency and impact at every touchpoint.
My first and primary responsibility was crafting a dynamic opening monograph animation that would set the tone for the event. I conceptualized and directed the motion piece to elevate the core message, using intelligent visual storytelling built on the foundation of shape language, thoughtful color theory, and purposeful animation. I aimed to translate abstract ideas into a visually engaging narrative that captured the energy of digital transformation and inspired the audience from the very beginning.
For my second task, I also collaborated with other designers to come up with a different design-concept approach in order to promote the event through the eyes of visual design. I came up with different ideas designing poster that can be presented and displayed in large format or digitally through social media platforms.
